Does this work with ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude?

Yes. For ChatGPT, install Cirra AI from the ChatGPT App Directory in one click — no developer mode required. For OpenAI Codex, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, and any other MCP-compatible client, paste your MCP URL. You configure it once and use it everywhere.

Is it secure? Can ChatGPT break my org?

Cirra AI authenticates through Salesforce OAuth as a specific user. It can only do what that user is allowed to do in Setup. If you connect with a sandbox admin user, ChatGPT operates on that sandbox. If you connect with a restricted user, ChatGPT is restricted. You stay in control.

How is this different from Salesforce's own MCP servers?

Salesforce's hosted MCP servers only allow connection to a single Salesforce org, and do not allow modification of metadata. Cirra AI supports all admin operations, and works across sandboxes, scratch orgs, and production with a single connection. We also ship admin-specific skills like permission analysis and metadata audits that help automate complex tasks.
