Yes. Cirra AI exposes a standard Model Context Protocol server, so it works with any MCP-compatible client. That includes Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others. You configure it once and use it everywhere.
Cirra AI authenticates through Salesforce OAuth as a specific user. It can only do what that user is allowed to do in Setup. If you connect with a sandbox admin user, Claude operates on that sandbox. If you connect with a restricted user, Claude is restricted. You stay in control.
Salesforce's hosted MCP servers only allow connection to a single Salesforce org, and do not allow modification of metadata. Cirra AI supports all admin operations, and works across sandboxes, scratch orgs, and production with a single connection. We also ship admin-specific skills like permission analysis and metadata audits that help automate complex tasks.
