If you manage more than one Salesforce org, the AI tool in front of you usually only knows one. Maybe that's a consulting practice with client orgs, separate production and sandbox environments, or several business-unit orgs.

Switching context means logging out and back in, or reconnecting a different OAuth session per org. None of that is hard, but it adds friction to every request. That friction compounds across a full day of org-hopping work.

The Difference

Most AI Tools Hold One Connection. Cirra AI Holds All of Them.

Ask a generic AI chatbot to work across two orgs and you get a login prompt. Ask Cirra AI and it's a single sentence.

Reconnects

"Now do the same thing in the client's org"

A generic AI chatbot with one org connection has to disconnect and reconnect to touch a second org.

  • Log out of the current OAuth session
  • Reconnect a different Salesforce org
  • Or keep a separate chat window open per org
  • Repeat for every org you touch that day
Manual reconnects · one org at a time
Switches

"Now do the same thing in the client's org"

Cirra AI keeps every org you've connected on one account, so switching is a request, not a re-login.

  • Every connected org stays authenticated in place
  • Name the org you want to work in
  • Cirra AI routes the request to that connection
  • Repeat the same request against the next org, same conversation
One sentence · no re-authentication · same conversation
How It Works

Connect Once, Switch on Request

Cirra AI is the first commercial Salesforce Admin MCP Server. It keeps every org you connect available in the same conversation with any MCP-compatible AI tool.

1

Connect each org once

Authenticate every Salesforce org you support with OAuth. Cirra AI never sees a password, and each connection is scoped to that org's own permissions.

2

Switch orgs inside the conversation

Tell your AI tool which connected org you want to work in, and Cirra AI routes the request there. No separate login, no new browser tab, no re-authenticating mid-task.

3

Apply the same request pattern everywhere

Describe the change you need once. Repeat it against a second or third connected org the same way. Works for a client rollout or a sandbox-to-production promotion.

What You Can Build

Every Org You Manage, in One Place

Consulting practice workflow

Each client org is a separate connection under one Cirra AI account. Your full client roster fits inside a single workflow.

Sandbox and production pair

Switch between a sandbox and production org without re-authenticating for every test.

Multiple business-unit orgs

Manage several business-unit orgs from the same AI conversation instead of separate admin logins.

Rollouts across connected orgs

Roll a standard field, permission set, or validation rule out to several connected orgs, one at a time, using the same request each time.

Under the Hood

Every Org Connection Stands on Its Own

Cirra AI supports connecting and managing multiple Salesforce orgs from a single account. Each org connection authenticates independently over OAuth. It's bounded by that connected user's own permissions in that org, so one connection never inherits access from another. Within the same conversation, you can ask Cirra AI to compare or copy metadata between two connected orgs. For example, checking whether a permission set matches across a sandbox and production.

Team governance settings let you control which org types are allowed to connect. You can also manage connection visibility and deletion across your team.

A multi-team hierarchy lets you manage governance settings across multiple teams from one account. That matters when different practitioners on your team own different client or business-unit orgs.

When You Need It

The Moments Org-Hopping Actually Slows You Down

One connection is fine until the second org shows up. Then every extra login is friction you feel all day.

Consulting practice

A new client org, connected in minutes

Onboard a new client org as its own connection. No juggling a separate login or browser profile per engagement.

Governed by the Permissions You Already Have
Access Model
Per-Org OAuth
Every connected org runs under its own OAuth-bounded permissions. Cirra AI cannot use access granted in one org to act in another; each connection stands alone.
Access Controls
Team Governance
Team governance controls which org types can connect and who can see or remove a connection, so a multi-org setup doesn't mean losing track of who has access to what.
Change Log
Per-Org Audit Trail
Actions are logged in an exportable audit trail per org, so a consulting practice or internal team can account for what changed in which client's or business unit's org.

Multi-org access is, by definition, security-sensitive work, so the same governance model applies with no exceptions. Nothing deploys without your explicit approval in the conversation.

Compatibility

Works in the AI Tool You Already Use

Connect and switch between orgs from any MCP-compatible AI tool. The same connection and governance model applies regardless of which client you're working in.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Salesforce orgs can I connect to one Cirra AI account?
Connect as many as you need. Each org is a separate OAuth connection under the same Cirra AI account.
Can one connected org see data or metadata from another?
Only when you ask for it. Each connection is authenticated and scoped independently over OAuth, but you can have Cirra AI compare or copy metadata between two connected orgs in the same conversation.
Is this built for consulting partners managing client orgs, or just internal multi-org companies?
Both. The connection model is the same either way: each org is its own OAuth connection, switched between inside the same AI conversation.
Does switching orgs require re-authenticating each time?
No. Once an org is connected, you switch to it inside your AI tool by naming the connection you want to work in.
Can I control which of my team members can see or manage which org connections?
Yes. Team governance settings let you manage connection visibility and deletion across your team, and a multi-team hierarchy extends that control across multiple teams from one account.
